Partner in Encino office with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She was a manager with a local firm prior to joining present firm. She graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.

Thomas G. Duffy, CPA/PFS
Managing Partner

Managing Partner of the firm and located in Encino and Thousand Oaks offices with over 24 years of experience in public accounting. Tom was a partner in a local firm prior to founding present firm and is a Personal Financial Specialist since 1993. This designation is from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which is awarded to less than 2% of the membership. Graduated from San Diego State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.

Partner in La Jolla office with over 13 years of experience in public accounting and 12 years experience in private accounting. Vice President/Controller for an international real estate development company prior to joining the firm in 1995. Mark Kruspodin, CPA/PFS
Partner

Mark Kruspodin, CPA / PFS is a cofounding partner of Duffy, Kruspodin and Company. He is a graduate of Woodbury University in Los Angeles, California with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting (cum laude). He has over 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting.
Mr. Kruspodin's emphasis in the firm is working with high net worth individuals, professional practices, international taxation, entertainment industry taxation and accounting, production accounting, retirement and financial planning, complex real estate transactions and medium size businesses. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 1993 American Institute of Certified Public Accountants accredited Mr. Kruspodin a designation of Personal Financial Specialist. Presently, there are less than two percent of CPA's in the country holding this accreditation.
In 2002 in response to continuing requests from our clients for assistance with a broader range of financial planning and investment services, the partners of Duffy, Kruspodin and Company have created DK Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. The company's goal is to assist our clients in every aspect of their financial life. It provides planning for retirement and estates, pension design, investment choices as well as insurance and employee benefit advice and products. Mr. Kruspodin is licensed by the California Department of Insurance to provide services and products in the area of financial planning. He is currently a CEO of DK Financial and Insurance Services, Inc.

H. Cameron Williams, Jr., CPA
Partner

Partner in the La Jolla office with over 26 years of experience in public accounting and 3 years experience in private industry. 1978 Graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984. Mr. Williams� emphasis in the firm is working with private real estate investors, professional practices and small business owners with their variety of needs in income tax, estate and succession planning including retirement funding and their day to day management of their business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Partner in San Diego office with over fifteen years in public accounting that includes ten years with a regional firm. Josh focuses on providing both business and tax consulting services to a broad variety of clients. His primary focus has been in matters concerning small to middle market companies in the construction, technology, manufacturing and distribution industries. He also has extensive experience working with high net worth individuals, small closely-held businesses, S Corporations and Partnerships.

Manager in a local firm prior to joining present firm, and staff accountant at Coopers & Lybrand previously. She was a controller for local real estate investment company prior to entering public accounting. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge, in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
