Partner in Encino office with 20 years of experience in public accounting. She was a manager with a local firm prior to joining present firm. She graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.
Thomas G. Duffy, CPA/PFS
Managing Partner
Managing Partner of the firm and located in Encino and Thousand Oaks offices with 24 years of experience in public accounting. Tom was a partner in a local firm prior to founding present firm and is a Personal Financial Specialist since 1993. This designation is from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which is awarded to less than 2% of the membership. Graduated from San Diego State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.
Partner in La Jolla office with 13 years of experience in public accounting and 12 years experience in private accounting. Vice President/Controller for an international real estate development company prior to joining the firm in 1995. Graduated from San Diego State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985.
Partner in Thousand Oaks office with 15 years of experience in public accounting. Graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Licensed as an enrolled agent in 1996 and as a Certified Public Accountant in 2000. Partner in La Jolla office with 14 years of experience in public accounting. Audit manager at a large local firm in San Diego prior to joining present firm. Graduated from Castleton State College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and licensed as Certified Public Accountant in 1998. Mark Kruspodin, CPA/PFS

Mr. Kruspodin's emphasis in the firm is working with high net worth individuals, professional practices, international taxation, entertainment industry taxation and accounting, production accounting, retirement and financial planning, complex real estate transactions and medium size businesses. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 1993 American Institute of Certified Public Accountants accredited Mr. Kruspodin a designation of Personal Financial Specialist. Presently, there are less than two percent of CPA's in the country holding this accreditation.
In 2002 in response to continuing requests from our clients for assistance with a broader range of financial planning and investment services, the partners of Duffy, Kruspodin and Company have created DK Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. The company's goal is to assist our clients in every aspect of their financial life. It provides planning for retirement and estates, pension design, investment choices as well as insurance and employee benefit advice and products. Mr. Kruspodin is licensed by the California Department of Insurance to provide services and products in the area of financial planning. He is currently a CEO of DK Financial and Insurance Services, Inc.

Mr. Cooper has directed IT operations or provided IT consulting services in multiple businesses sectors including: Accounting, Legal, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, and Education.

Lifetime member, California CPA Society and was editor of Financial Fax for 20 years, a monthly publication devoted to a myriad of business and personal tax related topics.
